1. TICKET PURCHASING
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets for home fixtures can be purchased:
- Online via Fanbase (home supporters)
- Online via Ticket Tailor (visiting supporters)
- At the turnstile on match day (cash or card)
Ticket prices remain the same regardless of purchase method and will not increase if purchased on Match Day.
Please note: Cheltenham Town Women FC is the merchant of record for all home fixture tickets, regardless of platform used.
Why do you use both Fanbase and Ticket Tailor?
We use two platforms to make ticket purchasing as simple as possible.
Fanbase is used by home supporters, while Ticket Tailor provides a quick and easy option for visiting supporters without requiring account creation.
Can I purchase tickets by phone or in person in advance?
No. We are unable to process advance purchases over the phone or in person.
Supporters can buy tickets online or pay at the turnstile on Match Day.
When do tickets go on sale?
Our tickets typically go on general sale approximately three and a half weeks before the fixture date. Some fixtures may have tickets go on sale earlier if we happen to have a few home games in close proximity.
The three and a half week sales window may vary for cup fixtures or rearranged matches. Updates will be provided via the Club’s website and social media channels.
Can I buy tickets on match day?
Yes. Tickets can be purchased online or at the turnstiles.
Please note:
- Turnstile purchases are valid for that fixture only
- Once entry has been granted, tickets bought at the gate are non-refundable
Are there any discounts available?
We aim to keep pricing affordable and simple for all supporters.

What should I do if I lose my ticket?

2. TICKET TYPES & PRICES
What types of tickets are available?
For home fixtures we offer:
- Adult Match Tickets
- Student Match Tickets
- Under 18 Match Tickets
- Family Match Tickets
and; - Adult Season Tickets
- Family Season Tickets
Match tickets are available via Fanbase (home supporters) and Ticket Tailor (visiting supporters).
Season Tickets are available via Fanbase.
What are the matchday ticket prices?
- Adult: £7.50
- Student: £5
- Under 18: £1
- Family Ticket: £15
Prices remain the same whether purchased in advance or on match day.
What is a Student Ticket?
Student Tickets have been introduced for the 2026/27 season. A valid Student ID may be requested upon entry. Any supporter purchasing a Student Ticket without being able to provide a valid Student ID may be required to upgrade to a full Adult Ticket at the turnstile.
What is a Family Ticket?
Family Tickets have been introduced for the 2026/27 season. A Family Ticket admits:
- Up to 2 Adults
- Up to 4 Under 18s
All attendees must enter together.
Can I save money on tickets?
Yes. Supporters can save compared to match-by-match prices by purchasing a Season Ticket.

Are there special tickets for away fixtures?
For matches in which Cheltenham Town Women FC are the visiting team, tickets are sold by the host club.
The host club’s ticketing and refund policies will apply.
3. PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
What payment methods are accepted?
Online payments (Fanbase and Ticket Tailor) are processed securely via Stripe:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
Turnstiles accept both cash and card.
Will I receive confirmation of my purchase?
Yes. Your ticket and receipt will be emailed to you after purchase.
Home supporters can also access tickets purchased in advance in the Fanbase app wallet.
How do I access my tickets?
All tickets purchased iare digital:
- Home supporters: Email + Fanbase app wallet
- Visiting supporters: Email
Tickets must be presented for scanning at the turnstile.
4. ENTRY & STADIUM POLICIES
What time do gates open?
Gates open approximately 90 minutes before kick-off.
Is re-entry permitted?
Yes. Please speak to a steward before exiting the ground.
Are there prohibited items?
The following items are not permitted:
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Fireworks, flares, smoke devices
- Air horns, laser devices
- Glass bottles, cans, poles
- Any item that may compromise safety
Anyone in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or ejected.
Is the stadium wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Kayte Lane is wheelchair accessible.
If fixtures are moved to alternative venues, accessibility may vary.
Please contact us in advance for specific information.
Can I bring food, drink, or flags?
Food and drink are not permitted unless purchased on-site.
Flags are permitted.
5. SEASON TICKETS
How do I purchase a Season Ticket?
Season Tickets are available via the Club’s Fanbase page.
Links are available on the Club website.
What does a Season Ticket include?
Season Tickets provide entry to all home league fixtures during the season.
Selected cup fixtures such as the FA WNL Cup/Plate and GFA Women’s Senior Cup may also be included. Due to competition regulations, Adobe Women’s FA Cup fixtures are not included in Adult or Family Season Ticket.
6. COMPLIMENTARY ENTRY & PARTNERSHIP BENEFITS
Do Cheltenham Town FC Season Ticket Holders and Robins Trust members receive complimentary entry?
Yes. As part of our agreement with Cheltenham Town FC and the Robins Trust, Cheltenham Town FC Season Ticket Holders and Robins Trust members receive complimentary entry to Cheltenham Town Women FC home fixtures.
To help our matchday team manage entry smoothly, turnstile staff may ask supporters to show their Cheltenham Town FC Season Ticket, Robins Trust Membership, or other proof of purchase/membership status when entering the ground. Please have this available if requested.
Complimentary entry applies to home fixtures only and is subject to any specific competition or venue arrangements.
7. MATCH DAY INFORMATION & REFUNDS
How early should I arrive?
Supporters are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for entry and matchday facilities.
Is parking available?
Yes. Supporter parking is available adjacent to the ground.
Club staff will be on hand to assist.
Is public transport available?
Yes. The E bus runs from Cheltenham Spa station and town centre.

Is there a club shop or merchandise available on match day?
Yes. Cheltenham Town Women FC merchandise is available to purchase at home fixtures from our matchday merchandise stand.
Supporters can purchase official club items including mugs, hats, scarves and other CTWFC merchandise.
Availability may vary from match to match, so we recommend checking with the Club on match day for the latest items available.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
What if I cannot attend a match?
Tickets are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined below.
Refunds must be requested by the original purchaser.
What happens if a fixture is postponed or rearranged?
- Tickets remain valid for the new date
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the rearrangement announcement
What happens if a fixture is cancelled?
Supporters may request a refund within 7 days of the cancellation announcement.
What happens if a fixture is abandoned?
- Before half-time: Refunds may be offered at the Club’s discretion
- After half-time: No refunds will be issued
Are turnstile tickets refundable?
No. Once entry has been granted, turnstile tickets are non-refundable.
Are booking fees refundable?
Booking fees are non-refundable unless stated by the provider.
What about group bookings or complimentary tickets?
- Group bookings will transfer to rearranged fixtures where possible
- Complimentary tickets hold no cash value and are non-refundable
- Paid tickets remain subject to the Club’s refund policy

The Ticket Office operates digitally and is open 24 hours a day.
Staff are typically reachable between 9am – 5pm.
Queries outside these hours will be responded to as soon as possible.
