Cheltenham Town Women make the short trip to Wiltshire on Sunday to face Swindon Town Women at the County Ground (2pm kick-off) in the FAWNL Cup.
The Robinesses are looking to continue their great form, which sees Tom Davies’ side unbeaten in five games in all competitions.
A 2-1 win over Lewes last weekend followed a midweek 1-1 draw against Gwalia United, with wins in the capital against AFC Wimbledon and in the FA Cup against Millwall Lionesses proving crucial.
Cheltenham topped Group F in the new re-formatted competition earlier this season after comfortable wins against Worcester City, Birmingham City PGA, and Kidderminster Harriers.
A 2-1 win against Southampton PGA saw the Robinesses through to the last 16 of the tournamentfor the first time, after reaching the last 32 of the competition in 2018.
Tier four Swindon Town will prove no easy task, however, with Richard Wood’s side unbeaten in all competitions so far.
They sit top of the table in Division One Southwest, five points clear of second-placed Moneyfields, after picking up all 24 points available in eight league games played.
Wins against Gwalia, Bristol City PGA, and Keynsham Town saw them top Group C, with a 2-0 win over Actonians Ladies seeing them into the last 16.
