Cheltenham Town Women play host to Bristol City PGA at the EV Charger Points Stadium on Sunday (14.00pm kick-off).
A dominant 5-1 win over local rivals Swindon Town saw Tom Davies’ side pick up a second league win of the season on Thursday evening, with the Robinesses looking to build on the result.
Bristol City PGA finished second in Group B of the FAWNL Cup, finishing as one of the best second-placed sides after registering wins against Kenysham Town and local rivals Bristol Rovers.
Their only defeat came in a seven-goal thriller against Exeter City, who finished top of the group on seven points.
Similarly, Cheltenham finished top of Group C also on seven points, after drawing against Gwalia United and winning against Kidderminster Harriers and Worcester City.
The Robinesses have only suffered two defeats in their last five games, away at Fratton Park against Portsmouth in both the Southern Premier Division and FA Cup, and now find themselves ninth, four points above the relegation zone.
The two sides met last season, with Bristol City running out 4-1 winners at Kayte Lane in the third group stage game of the Gloucestershire County Cup.
