Cheltenham Town Women are pleased to announce the signing of goalkeeper Chloe Jones
The goalkeeper joins the club from Tier Four side Keynsham Town.
Jones played 27 games in all competitions last season, including making 21 league appearances at Tier Four level in Division One South West, after making the step up from Keynsham Town’s development team.
On joining the club, Jones said: “It’s a real privilege to join the club. I’m really grateful to be able to join a club with this team environment; it’s been great already, and I’m just excited to get started with the season.”
On her new surroundings, the keeper claimed: “The environment this club has created is really welcoming; there’s lots of fun, but also you can tell that the team really want to work hard for the season and get ready for the coming games. The environment this club has created is the perfect place to continue to learn”
On her time at Tier Four level with Keynsham, Jones stated: “Keynsham was somewhere I could learn and really grow into the player I am today. It was my first experience in women’s football; it was a lot of learning.”
Jones joins a whole host of new players who have signed on ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, including the likes of Chloe Snook, Ruby Day and Shurima Vine.
Welcome to Cheltenham, Chloe!
