Preview: Robinesses Travel To Real Bedford For First Away Game Of The Season

August 24, 2025

Cheltenham Town Women make the trip to Real Bedford Women on Sunday for the first away game of the season.

After a midweek win against Worcester City in the newly formatted FAWNL Cup, Tom Davies’ side will be looking to pick up a crucial first three points as focus quickly returns to the league.

However, their newly promoted opponents come into this game on the back of back-to-back wins against AFC Wimbledon and Cambridge United, meaning they will prove no easy task.

Charlie Bill’s side picked up their first three points in tier three against the Dons courtesy of a last-minute winner from substitute Leyla O’Brien, and did the same midweek to the U’s, thanks to a brace from Chloe Logie.

Tickets are £6 for adults, whilst Under 18s can get in for free. Visiting Cheltenham fans can purchase tickets in advance here and find directions to the ground here.

For supporters unable to attend Sunday’s game, updates will be provided on the club’ X (formerly Twitter) as well as on Instagram.
